Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver right across the South Island — from the top of the South down to Southland, and over to the West Coast. If your spot isn't on the list above, give Luke a call; chances are we already cover it or can sort something out.
How is the home transported and placed on site?
We arrange transport and use a HIAB or transport truck to deliver and set your home on its prepared foundations. We confirm site access and the foundation type — piles, screw piles, or a slab — with you well ahead of delivery day.
Can you deliver to a remote or off-grid site?
Absolutely — we've delivered to plenty of remote and off-grid spots, from West Coast bush blocks to high-country stations. We plan access and any tricky logistics in advance, and can advise on off-grid power and water setups too.
Does delivery distance affect the price?
Your build price is fixed and itemised before work starts. Transport is quoted separately based on distance and site access, so you know the full delivered cost up front — no surprises on the day.
