Every home is built in the Ohoka workshop in North Canterbury and transported by HIAB or transport truck to a prepared site, including remote and off-grid locations.

Paragon delivers across the entire South Island. The home base is Ohoka in North Canterbury, where every home is built before heading to its site. Coverage spans Canterbury, Central Otago and the Southern Lakes, Otago and Southland, Nelson/Tasman/Marlborough, and the West Coast.

## Delivery FAQ

**Do you deliver to my area?** Paragon delivers right across the South Island. If a spot isn't on the list, a phone call usually confirms coverage — chances are it's already covered or can be arranged.

**How is the home transported and placed on site?** Paragon arranges transport and uses a HIAB or transport truck to deliver and set the home on its prepared foundations. Site access and the foundation type — piles, screw piles, or a slab — are confirmed well ahead of delivery day.

**Can you deliver to a remote or off-grid site?** Yes — Paragon has delivered to plenty of remote and off-grid spots, from West Coast bush blocks to high-country stations, planning access and logistics in advance and advising on off-grid power and water setups.

**Does delivery distance affect the price?** The build price is fixed and itemised before work starts. Transport is quoted separately based on distance and site access, so the full delivered cost is clear up front.
